The Directors

Ivor G. PATTERSON BA (HONS), FCICM, MCA (AML)

Ivor is highly experienced in credit management and Financial Crime, in particular Anti Money Laundering. He has held a number of senior positions in Credit Management (Consumer and Commercial), Debt Recovery, Litigation, Outsourcing, Customer Service, Contact Centres and Financial Crime (which included AML, Sanctions, and Court Orders & Retail Banking Fraud).

He has particular expertise in operational management, transitional change and process improvement, litigation, Debt Management & IVAs and Company start-ups.

He started his career in the Birmingham County Court where he gained an in depth knowledge of the litigation process. He has also held a number senior positions in the Banking and Finance Sector, Telecommunications, Water Utilities and the Debt Management / Insolvency sectors.

He plays an active role in the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) in that he is a member of CICM Education Committee and provides teaching support to individuals who aspire to obtain a professional qualification in credit management.

Janet Y. Ebanks LLB (Hons)

Janet Ebanks is a non- practicing solicitor with over twenty-five years’ experience in the legal sector.

Janet was Compliance and Business Development Support Solicitor advising and assisting the Compliance Officers with day-to-day risk management and helping the firm to obtain and maintain recognised quality Practice Management Standards. She helps small to medium sized firms / or other organisations with Compliance and Regulatory matters.
